Distribution Deficit is a hand built, ceramic plate with 3D text spelling 'Famished by Fortune'. This work is a response to the cost of living crisis being experience by the lower and middle socio-economic demographics in 2024. Distribution Deficit analyses gaps in the distribution of wealth, healthcare, food, employment and shelter - and the notion that while the rich get richer, the poor get poorer.
