Hope, courage, ego, grief - the parts that make us human are often not so easy to see. In this collection, Kelsey Woods explores her playful inner world, giving ‘birth’ to tiny Little Monsters representing a different state of consciousness, mood, or emotion. These pieces were produced through a subconscious process, emerging from both the technical skill of the artist's hands, the inherent uncertainty of clay, and many hours of quiet contemplation.
